Marina Seagate Board of Directors

Look below to learn about our Board of Directors here at Marina Seagate
  • I have resided at Marina Seagate since 2000 with my wife Denise. I have been on the Board for two full terms and am looking forward to serving the community for another two years. I can honestly say that I have missed very few Board or Planning Committee meetings.
My profession is an equipment appraiser for Bank of America which comes in handy when dealing with maintenance issues at Marina Seagate. My wife and I walk the complex many a day visiting with friends and keeping an eye out for issues.
I am able to work at home occasionally which helps if a Board member is needed to oversee a project. The Board has been able to keep abreast of the maintenance of this complex while keeping its finances in order. I wish to continue to help provide a wonderful living experience in Marina Seagate.
  • My name is Lynn Moreau. My husband John and I have lived at Seagate since 1992. I previously served on the board of directors as secretary during the '90s. Since then, I have retired from Pacific Bell Directory and find that I now have more time to serve my local community.

I welcome the opportunity to be a part of a team that makes fiscally responsible decisions for the maintenance and general improvement of Seagate. There are many new faces among us at Seagate the past few years. I look forward to getting to know you and addressing your concerns and ideas to make this place we call home an even better place to live.

Thank you for your vote of confidence.
  • I have been a homeowner at Marina Seagate since 1994. I have served 4 - two year terms as a Board Member and I am honored to begin serving another term. Attending the meetings has always been important to me. It is beneficial to know what is going on in the community and I am pleased to be a part of solving any problems or issues that occur.

I do enjoy organizing the Annual/Meeting BBQ and seeing all the neighbors have the opportunity to meet each other. Also, I have fun collecting gifts from local merchants to introduce them to the homeowners when they give gifts for raffle prizes.
Being a Realtor, I have been fortunate to represent many Buyers and sellers in our fine community. How lucky for me to meet my husband Tommy at an Open House right here! We just celebrated our six year anniversary last month!
One of my goals during this term is to get more participation from the members. It is a great feeling to be part of this fine development and to see all the ongoing changes.
  • My name is Judy Shaterian and my husband John and I bought our place at Seagate in 1985 but didn't move in until 2000. I enjoy playing golf. This is my first time on the board. I'm hoping more homeowners will get involved. I am retired from Wells Fargo Bank, where I was a personal Banking Officer for 30 years.
  • CEO for the Bay Area Business Roundtable, a non-partisan public policy and advocacy organization of leaders from industry, education, and government that provides leadership with information and analysis on cricital issues facing economics, business and labor, business development assistance and a public service leadership boot camp in collaboration with UC Berkeley and Christine Pelosi.
